Assistance for Your Giving
On your Ministries Giving Page, setup a password for the Account Center to view and edit donations, update payment methods, change personal or billing information, download a yearly tax receipt, and more.
How to Change or Cancel your Giving, or to Update your Card
or if your Giving Stopped Working...
1. First, login to your ministry's Account Center
a) Go to your ministry’s Giving Page.
b) Look for "Login" and click on it.
c) Select Go to Account Center and Login to click on "Personal Information" to make changes or click on "Donations" to make changes. Click on the circling arrows to view recurring donations.
If you have forgotten your password you can click on the "Reset Password."
If you have forgotten your credentials, or which email to use, search your email for email receipts or go to your ministry's Giving Page and click on "Resend Confirmation" to check your email.
2. Then you'll see the Main Page
You can change your information in the "Personal Information " section.
Click "Donations" on the main page to view them or to edit a Recurring donation.
3. Click on "Donations" to see individual and, or recurring donationas

Recurring donations have circling arrows in the column named "Recurring" and those donations are grouped together. Single donations are listed individually.
Click "View Details" to edit a Recurring donation.
You can only view the details for a single donation if it is not a recurring donation.
You can see your yearly giving at "View Year End Statements" link.
4. Making changes or canceling your Recurring Donation
a) On the line with circling arrows, click on "View Details"
b) Click on "Edit" on the line with "Recurring Donation Details"
You can make changes to your giving or stop your giving in that section.
Make Changes Using Your Account Center
When you make a donation, an account is automatically created for you in the background.
To access your account, you can create a password from the link that is in the confirmation email for your donation.
If you can't find the confirmation email, visit the donation page of the organization you donate to and click on "Resend Confirmation."
For security reasons, we can't change the email address tied to your account.
If you want to donate using a different email address, go to the donation page of the organization you want to support and start a new donation using the new email address.
Note that each email address you use will have its own separate account.
